Is it really free during early access? What's the catch?
Yes — completely free, no credit card required. We're onboarding surface material businesses to build and refine the product with real users before launching paid plans. You get full access, we get honest feedback. No catch.
When will paid plans start? Will early access users be grandfathered?
We haven't set a hard launch date for paid plans yet. Early access users will receive advance notice before billing begins and a discounted rate as a thank-you for trusting us early.
What counts as a "SKU"?
A SKU is one unique product variant in your catalog. For example, Ivory Matt 60×60 and Ivory Matt 80×80 would be two separate SKUs. Most tile businesses find 50–300 covers their active range comfortably.
What happens if I go over my SKU limit?
You can purchase additional SKU credits at an incremental rate — ₹10/SKU on Starter, ₹8/SKU on Growth, ₹5/SKU on Pro. Credits are billed monthly based on usage. You can also upgrade your plan at any time to get a larger included SKU allowance.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data is always preserved regardless of plan changes.
Does Vizaye handle online ordering or payments?
